Mission and Responsibilities: Manage, control, and deliver Openbank's Project Plans related to international expansion and other ongoing initiatives. Responsible for the detailed monitoring and daily updating of all international expansion projects simultaneously (monitoring in GANTT methodology), including go to market. Responsible for demand management within these projects, building a prioritized roadmap aligned with business, legal, compliance, and IT. Coordinate daily work with all areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.). Detect and escalate risks, analyze, and propose solutions for their mitigation. Provide operational reporting to the Project Director on a weekly basis. Maintain daily communication with all work teams, both national and international. Have a transversal vision of other convergent projects and dependencies. Coordinate and manage Committees and follow-up meetings. Generate minutes and reports. Identify, control, and plan new tasks necessary for the correct progress of the projects. Manage and control all project documentation. Ensure compliance with all project milestones for the correct launch of the new bank on the market in a timely manner. Maintain direct contact with senior management. Plan, coordinate, and control various test activities. Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process to deliver high-quality software. Encourage different teams to work collaboratively to achieve business outcomes. Develop and define test methods and tools. Report, track, and create test reports. Manage projects and testing based on Jira and Confluence tools. Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team. To be successful in the role you must have: 10+ years of experience in a similar role. University degree in Engineering or Business Administration. MBA is a plus. Experience with Jira and Confluence. High level of English; German, Dutch, or Portuguese speaker is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership skills. Ability to work across the organization to align resources to the projects. What do we offer?
