And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONBe a part of a team where you will:Review, report and consolidate Payroll Costs monthly according to the Finance team's needs and deadlines.Settle and improve control processes empowering data accuracy and time efficiency.Help build, re-structure and organize the data and reports needed in the People Controlling team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analyses.Provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking (Actuals vs Budget) and variance analysis.Together with the rest of the team, run the annual Headcount Planning process, as well as monthly Best Estimate activities.Support the implementation of reporting solutions that facilitate the goal of automation and self-service.Support several stakeholders within the Finance and People departments across the company with any ad-hoc requests.You must have:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.+4 years' experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields.Proficiency in the English language.G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel).Experience in the implementation of projects, processes and procedures.A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data.The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work.An ability to work effectively as part of a team and adaptable to changing priorities.Hands-on profile and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.Nice-to-haves:Experience with Workday and/or SAP.Spanish language
