Role Purpose:
Assist with the day-to-day activities in Warehouse Operations in Carmona site to owned and 3rd Party Warehouse Partners. Responsibility includes managing team performance, expediting inbound and outbound of goods, and ensuring efficient storage by working closely with Inventory Team. Streamline all warehouse activities to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Drive team productivity towards established targets, identify and mitigate operational risk to minimize disruptions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for smooth and timely warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
General:
Make sure that the LLII department/3rd Party Warehouse Provider conducts its operation in a safe manner. Must comply with safety and environmental rules and regulations.
Collaborate with LLII/3rd Party Warehouse Provider to safeguard warehouse operations and contents by collaborating with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) team in establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols.
Maintain ongoing/good communication with other departments of the company and with other related groups of companies or affiliates.
Participate in various pieces of mandatory training provided and required by the company such as Safety Training, DQMP, SWA, HR learning and development programs, and Food Safety Training.
Education/Work Experience
Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or any related course.
Two (2) years minimum of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge in warehouse operations and management.
Experience as a senior warehouse supervisor in Cold Storage or similar industry.
Experience in facilitating quality, food safety, environment, health, and safety trainings.
Knowledgeable in stock control, warehouse administration, inventory management and reportorial requirements.
Proficiency in business software specifically WMS - Warehouse Management System.
Ability to create/maintain procedures and flow charts.
Proven administrative, leadership, and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development.
Ability to devise and implement strategic development and resource plans, particularly in the areas of service development, staff development, and the management of change.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and over the telephone with individuals and with a wide variety of organizations and audiences and to research, analyze and interpret complex information and produce clear verbal and written reports.
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills, and the ability to delegate.

Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
