To develop our vision and deliver our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire a Sr. Marketing Manager - Promotions, Amazon Fashion EU. The Sr. Marketing Manager will own driving traffic and improving customer experience on our across all fashion relevant promotional events. They will obsess over delivering the most relevant promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery. They will partner closely with US peers, the EU Deals Managers, traffic channel owners and promotion related tech teams. Who we're looking for: The right person in this role will be able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist. They will be an ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment. They will be will be obsessed with our customers, growing our understanding of their needs and building strategies to help them discover promotions that meet those needs. They will also be comfortable with working across different geo-graphical regions, managing campaigns for an average of five EU countries at any one time. Note: this person can be based in any of our key EU offices. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Own the EU SL Promotions marketing strategy, including marquee events (Prime Day, Black Friday), and additional promotional events throughout the year. • Define marketing levers to drive acquisition and engagement throughout these events. • Create a cross-channel plan to drive and deliver traffic and customer goals during these events, in partnership with various marketing traffic channels, content and category teams. • Deliver the most relevant promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery. • Own and execute merchandising strategy of promotion events. Measure performance of these launches, generate learnings for future events and influence channel owners and central teams to grow on learnings. • Own Traffic Post Mortems for each event, drive learnings and implement new changes alongside a stakeholder group • Streamline all processes related to events merchandising, in partnership with PM tools and automation/outsourcing, Influence tech roadmaps for your remit Note: This role can be based in any of our key EU or UK offices. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Madrid, M, ESP BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical, business or analytical discipline PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights - Experience in marketing or marketing research - Experience in A/B testing Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
