Position Overview
The Sr Marketing Intelligence Analyst will support the Marketing Intelligence team as a data analyst specialist handling marketing data, campaign performance data, and digital platforms specific data (eCommerce, Education, Marketing Automation, Customer Identification, and Access management).
This role involves transforming data into insights that drive business value through data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digitalization & process excellence by supporting marketing, communication, and digital platform teams in finding growth opportunities through developing various types of reports and dashboards.
- Manage and maintain the automated processing, cleaning, and reporting of campaign and digital platform data to support the business.
- Help develop a data catalog for both business and technical stakeholders through building data governance documentation.
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex information clearly and concisely using Power BI.
- Work with the data analyst team to understand information needs and design appropriate visualizations.
- Help automate data visualization processes through scripting and programming.
- Transform, enrich, and prepare data for analysis and visualization in dashboards.
- Design, update, and control daily and weekly reporting.
Team Collaboration
This role will be part of the Digital Engagement and eCommerce excellence team (DEEX), which has business ownership and accountability for all platforms handling all digital touchpoints in the areas of customer CIAM, CEX, Intelligence Based Decisioning (CDP), eCommerce, Learning Experience Management, Digital Web Experience, Personalization, and Marketing Automation.
The DEEX team is part of the Global Marketing and Commercial Excellence unit and is responsible for driving Digital Demand Generation & Lead Management as holistic components of a digital revenue operations engine.

Strong business drive and stakeholder management focus alongside Agile delivery experience and know-how in identifying the right data strategies and defining solutions to reach the defined objectives are essential to succeed in this role and are key attributes of the successful candidate.
