.The job: As our new Sr Market Development Manager, you will be joining our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) and will be responsible for executing the Market Development strategy and delivering on key initiatives for the IDD Portfolio in Western Europe, in collaboration with Regional Marketing, HEOR, Scientific & Medical Affairs, and Commercial. The role collaborates closely with Commercial teams and Center of Excellence functional areas to drive Market Development and penetration through the following strategies:Assess, validate, and propose solutions to remove market development barriers for the business in current addressed and non-addressed market segments, by using market development tools (opportunity assessment, workshops, data collection, etc.)Identify and run key short-term and long-term strategic initiatives to improve business performance and competitive strategic positioning, expanding access to market segments and driving segment share.Lead Market Development projects, closely collaborate with the in-country Commercial, Marketing, Scientific and Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Government Relations teams and provide them with updates on the latest trends and identify opportunities.We are offering this role as fully remote (working from home), based anywhere in western or northern Europe. With 1,900 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.What will you do?Evaluate the impact of healthcare policy and reform decisions on markets to identify value-adding opportunities; Assess barriers to access for Allergy and Autoimmunity patients.Provide support for Regional Commercial Leaders in building Country Growth Plans (CGPs) to accelerate patient demand and access to testing.Partner with Scientific and Medical Affairs to map patient care pathways and identify opportunities to increase access and to make the pathway more efficient.Communicate strategic analyses and recommendations based on information including, but not limited to, Market Intelligence, Pricing, Policy & Reimbursements, and Medical Affairs, in order to remove barriers to entry for the business.Drive Clinical & Economic Value, leveraging internal and external sources and studies.Lead Market Development projects, closely collaborating with the in-country Commercial, Marketing, Scientific and Medical affairs and Government relations teams
