Job Description: Sr Manager - Transformation and Change LeadPosition Purpose: Objective is to achieve a global standard utilizing project management methodologies, standards, and processes that ensure consistent, efficient, and effective delivery of projects.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset while reinforcing a Global Asset Control Process Governance.
Lead the execution & change management activities of all Asset Control and Audit Process Transformation Initiatives, by navigating the complexity of intersecting workstreams, multiple stakeholders and process dependencies.
Design, develop and implement change management strategies and framework.
Responsibilities include project management activities, analyzing financial information, collaborating with different departments and management of stakeholders' expectations.
Supervise execution of activities related to organizational change management and end user readiness.
Major/Key Accountabilities:All-inclusive change management activities including stakeholder engagement plan, communication plan, end user acceptance, training plan, and business readiness assessment:Ensure stakeholders are identified, engaged, and supported effectively through transformation.Make sure that all stakeholders are kept up to date on changes to the company's business processes and that they understand the rationale behind those changes.Ensure early alignment between regions to achieve a global standard and lead on any issue resolution required.Establish and maintain project management standards.Act as a key point of contact for external collaboration with customers, consultants, and other stakeholders (as appropriate).Lead delivery across initiatives:Help to drive speed and agility in decision making, identifying areas to eliminate duplicative work, remove barriers to progress, and accelerate stronger integration across business units and functions.Partner with other PMO & Change Leads to ensure local teams are equipped for deployment of use cases and have the necessary support in place to drive value capture.Drive resource optimization and alignment across Asset Control Initiatives.
Ensure that activities are being managed to plan and budget.Manage dependencies, risks/issues and coordinate corrective actions.Work with initiative owners on the planning and prioritization of individual initiatives (including scheduling, work plans, resourcing).Project Governance:Create transparency around the transformation initiatives, including understanding of asset control processes and policies.Support the requirements gathering and development of the overall asset control transformation business case, including business case for group policy changes.Collaborate with Brambles' Transformation Office to outline, design and embed consistent programme governance standards and methodology, ensuring a standard of rigour is in place across all initiatives.Create a clear and concise Asset Control process governance, ensuring that process improvements and/or transformation initiatives are in line with business objectives and the long-term effectiveness of asset control processes.Tracking and reporting value capture:Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, value capture and benefits realization.Support the development of program financials and measurement to plan.Track costs and benefits for individual initiatives.Work with business stakeholders to track and report on value capture.Own reporting, communications and updates to ELT sponsors and senior stakeholders.Key Contacts:Regional Teams - Including, ELT, CLT & Commercial, Retail and Asset management leadership, Asset Productivity & Control.Finance Leadership Team - including Regional CFOs, FP&A;, Controllership, Asset Productivity & Control, Risk & Internal Audit, and Investor Relations.Central teams within the regions, Master Data, TDM, Asset Control, Asset Management and Audit.IT, Digital & D&A; teams.Transformation Sponsors, Transformation Leads and Initiative Owners.PMO & Change Management Community.
