You are comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in bringing together various stakeholders to in a complex and distributed organization.You will bring your start-up mindset to define, deliver and drive value from Technology for Bacardi, and inspire and align Technology and Business teams with a strong vision.Communication and interpersonal skills are key within the Technology group and is deemed as fundamental when building a partnership with the Finance function across the globe.About the roleAs Senior Manager, Technology, RTR, you are responsible for the success of large project(s) you and your RTR team manage for the organization. You plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, in budget and within scope and quality. You track and report project status and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks. Depending on the type of your project(s), you are also responsible for blueprinting, user acceptance testing, cutover phases and post-go live support.You are accountable for the realization of the business value of your project - you ensure that country benefits are delivered to the market and that business processes are transformed when required. You develop the strategies and plans to drive adoption of the solution within the assigned market.You coordinate, prioritize, plan, and ensure skill sufficiency for internal and external project team members. You ensure that RTR team members are efficiently utilized and supported for success.You coach and guide team members to facilitate their professional growth, increase engagement, and add greater value to Bacardi individually and as members of a high-performance team.You manage interdependencies across other projects and interdependent organizations serving as main integration point for other workstream and dependent projects.You ensure satisfactory application and execution of controls and the compliance framework for which the RTR team is responsible.You ensure that the appropriate project and financial governance and stewardship is employed. From a success measures standpoint, you establish project success metrics and collection processes.In this role, you also act as gatekeeper – working closely with the PMO organization - on project methodology, tools, standards, and deliverables. This role reports to the Director, Finance Technology. In this role, you will manage and coach a team of 4 – 7 RTR professionals.RESPONSIBILITIESWith our consumer at the heart your key focus will be:Initiatives planning and portfolio management for your serviceParticipate in the development of the strategy for RTR, hand in hand with business partners and in alignment with global Tech strategyDevelop annual Tech service delivery plan and align expectations with business partners, together with client managers, whenever needed. Shape projects/programs critical to deliver the visionUnderstand the impact of new technologies for your services and align the technology plan and architecture roadmap of the service accordinglyEffectively strengthen vendor relationships to align vendor products and services with enterprise strategy and Tech service objectivesImpeccable on-going management of your serviceReview business requests for service enhancements, as well as Tech service changes requests for cost, standards enforcement - then prioritize the work, in line with the service strategyGuides continuous improvement efforts for the service, develop business cases, understand your usersManage your Service/Solutions resources across the Tech programs and projectsEnsures the support of existing applications, solutions, systems through the adequate support CenterEnsure satisfactory execution of and compliance with all applicable controls (IT, Financial / Sox, and Security) within Tech RTR responsibility. Support and review controls reviews and audits for your service.Effectively use problem solving methodologies whenever neededFormulate, negotiate and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) for your serviceMeasure and communicate key performance metrics for your service(s)- analyse data to discover opportunities for service improvementCommunicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your serviceEnsure projects are organized and executed in a consistent manner and/or fulfilled within established PMO standards.Follow our Tech Project Management Office process guidelines for the project(s) (including program planning, steering committee status updates, presentations)Lead program discovery phase – program definition, goals, business benefits and objectives, governance structure and sponsorshipResponsible for the overall project delivery and results according to success criteria (scope, quality, time, budget). Deliver the program within budgetAlign work plans and expectations of all program resources, accountable for the result with top quality deliveryImplement and manage process blueprints, policies, workflows, and data flowsManages (executes) the transition of the post go-live support activities to the Support OrganizationResponsible to provide regular project updates to both project team and governing committees as requiredAnalyse requirements. Integrate and align with other processes and solutionsIncorporate industry best practices, conducts internal and external benchmarking, and establishes standards, key measures, and metricsEnsure adoption of the solution(s)Orchestrate the functioning of the matrix, pulling the appropriate resources as neededDeep dive where risks and issues occur - break barriers or adjust plansProvide input for the Tech portfolio and innovation construction processBudget managementResponsibility for Cost and value of your Service (Projects)Provide your input into the Tech budget construction, especially on projects in your area, as well as on the running cost for your Service support operationsBusiness and Tech organization engagement on your serviceManage communication and alignment with Finance and other business stakeholders; build strong relationships outside TechCreate excellent relationships within the other Tech functionsAct as a consultant to other Tech services as neededIn support of Finance stakeholders, be the escalation point for performance issues / outagesDevelop your network, internally and externally and leverage itCreate lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partnersSKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe skills and experience needed to create your legacy:To be successful in this role you will have/be:Strategic thinker with expertise in end-to-end processes involving finance (SAP RTR + OTC, PTP…) and the related SAP modules (FI-CO + SD, MM …).Understanding of the business processes and context within which these SAP processes operateRelevant knowledge and experience with SAP S4/HANASAP Material Ledger knowledge and experienceTreasury Management experience a plusTax / Excise experience a plusExperience in Tech service delivery, with direct business engagementExcellent project management (methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools), and communication skills. Proven track record of successfully driving major change management projects in the business and Tech environment. Ability to develop business casesExperience in managing high performance teams.
