Manager, Global Credit and CollectionsIn our 'always on' world, we believe it's essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.The Credit and Collections Senior Manager will directly manage the credit and collections functions for Europe and MEA as well as provide oversight for the global credit and collections effort.The individual will ensure that effective internal controls are developed and maintained for the critical purpose of managing cashflow and credit risk.The ideal candidate must remain current on global political and macro financial trends, including foreign exchange trending, to advise on changes to credit policies with a view to managing risk.This position is in Madrid, Spain.How You'll Help Us Connect the World:Have direct responsibility for EMEAPerform credit limit reviews and customer risk assessmentsEnsure there are consistent/appropriate payment terms and timely collectionsWork with Sales/CSR to resolve collection issues.Create letters of credit review and approvals in conjunction with treasury/FinanceOversee cashflow applications/projections and dispute resolutionsManage allowances for doubtful accountsEnforce and control adherence to the credit policyReview and manage Order releases.Participate in ad hoc A/R reporting queries, project support, and global oversight/reportingRequired Qualifications for Consideration:Good understanding of SAP ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong oral and written communication skillsProven leadership and analytical skills.At least 5 years' experience working in credit & collections in a multinational environmentSound knowledge on various statutory requirements and regulationsWhy Amphenol Communications Solutions?Amphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
