Overview Responsible for developing and coordinating ESG initiatives and lead ESG Road Map.
This will include Carbon FootPrint calculate and update it according to the Decarbonization Program.
In addition, he/she is responsible for the finance monthly review of the business performance of certain subsidiaries.
This position addresses combining experience in sustainability with experience in reporting, consolidation or controlling areas.
This position supervises a team of one people and will have contact with senior level finance and other areas managers, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and execute ESG initiatives for the Group & lead their roadmap.
Update initiatives at the ESG Committee.
Calculate the Group's Carbon Footprint periodically and update it according to the Decarbonization Plan.
Prepare and present the Non-Financial Information Statement, Sustainability Report, or other ESG information requested by stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of ESRS standards in the group.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting methods.
Facilitate employee training on the importance of Sustainability & ESG reporting.
Monthly Review and Financial deep analysis of business performance of certain subsidiaries: PL & Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Industrial Engineering or other Degree including Master in Finance / ESG.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Experience (years/area): +8 years of experience in similar positions, especially in monitoring and reporting ESG (including calculation of the Carbon FootPrint).
In addition, at least 5 years of experience as a Consolidation Manager or Controller in an international company.
Specific Knowledge: Deep knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, as well as data management tools.
Knowledge of accounting standards.
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Travels: Willingness to travel 10%.
