As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll build and deploy statistical/machine learning models, collaborating with process owners, product owners, and business users, ensuring the criticality of your developments is understood. You will also serve as an internal ambassador, providing expertise and stewardship in data and analytics.
Responsibilities Your day to day with us Actively contribute to code development in projects and services, leading and coaching ML engineers and data scientists.Act as a contributor in innovation activities.Work with data scientists, IBP process leads, and BU subject matter experts to identify data clusters for optimal forecasting performance.Partner with data scientists on discovery, prototypes, and pilot projects, focusing on experiment tracking and translating business models to ML/statistical models.Collaborate with IBP market deploy and sustain teams to design, implement, and test pre-processing and post-processing modules for improved demand forecasts.Work with data engineers to ensure proper data access and preparation for model consumption.Partner with ML engineers and data scientists on industrialization efforts.Drive the use of the Platform toolset and demonstrate 'the art of the possible' to the business.Communicate with business stakeholders during service design, training, and knowledge transfer.Support large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models.Research state-of-the-art methodologies and techniques for feature engineering and model data preprocessing.Qualifications What you will need to succeed 4+ years working in a team to deliver production level analytic solutions - Fluent in git (version control) and with Docker.4+ years' experience in ETL and/or data wrangling techniques - Fluent in SQL syntax.4+ years' experience in Statistical/ML techniques to solve supervised (regression, classification) and unsupervised problems.3+ years' experience in developing business problem related statistical/ML modeling with industry tools with primary focus on Python or Scala development.Effective business storytelling and communicating data insights in business consumable format - Fluent in one Visualization tool.Experience with Agile methodology for teamwork and analytics 'product' creation - Fluent in Jira, Confluence.On-the-job experience with Azure cloud services is essential.Additional qualifications that will make you stand out for this position Experiences with Deep Learning are a plus.Experience building solutions in the revenue management or in the supply chain space.What makes us different?
