IT System Administrator contributes to the overall employee experience in the company by supporting end-users and managing the infrastructure that supports the different teams in their day-to-day jobs.
The IT Administrator is a key role in the success of launching our remote sites all over the Philippines.
The successful candidate for this role is someone who proactively seeks out potential problems and plans a solution ahead through automation, scripting, process, and the use of Dev-Ops principles and techniques.
Responsibilities: Provides IT desktop support to all employees based in the Philippines.Manages all the domains (configurations, renewals, SSLs) and Office 365 administration.Owns the IT component of the on-boarding and off-boarding process.Manages the inventory, ordering and maintenance of all computers/workstations in the Philippines.Handles local technology administration, including working with local vendors, contractors, and service providers.Assists with enforcement of IT policies and security auditing.Provides support on some application portals/platforms from time to time.Requirements: At least a 2-year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.5+ years additional experience in a dynamic IT systems administration/helpdesk environment or providing hands-on support to 100+ end users.In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365 Administration, and Domain management.Experience installing/troubleshooting PC/server hardware components.Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP.Ability to hear and understand end-user inquiries and instructions from various leaders, in person, in writing, and in calls.Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English at a proficient level.Excellent motivation, dependability, accountability, and punctuality.Willing to work onsite in Taguig 5x a week; any shift.
