Our Team:Vista is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer to join our Global Product Creation and Experience team to bring our products and design strategies to life globally. What You Will Do:You will focus on crafting for our Home & Family Segment, which includes Holiday Cards, Wedding Stationery, Party Decor, Giftware, and more. This individual will have a traditional art background but be tech-savvy and adaptable to new technology. You are a versatile Illustrator with a strong graphic design background in color theory, layout, and typography. As an experienced designer, you will collaborate closely with an internal team of creative leads and designers resulting in a vast array of template solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:Design on-trend personal stationery and consumer goodsDrive excellence in quality, design, typography, and brand consistencyWork creatively to lead workload and deliverablesComplete various production and post-production tasks with great attention to detailClose collaboration and co-creation with cross-functional global teamsWilling and able to take creative direction and complete feedbackInterest in becoming a guide in 4 color process printing and apply that knowledge to create world-class designCustomer obsessionYour Qualifications:5+ years of relevant design experience with a stunning portfolio of recent branding and/or personal stationery and consumer goods projectsBA/BS degree in Design or related fieldStrong conceptual skills and clear understanding of messaging and brand adherenceGreat teammate with communication and presentation skillsYou are a strong collaborator and can work autonomouslyCurrent in design trends, social design, popular culture, new advertising trends and techniques specifically for driving customer engagement including personalizationAbility to understand user test results and the general use of data to support creative decisionsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and hand and digital illustrationWhy You'll Love Working Here:There is a lot to love about working at Vista.
