You will partner with our developers, designers, and analytics teams to ensure we are on time and on budget on all web-related projects we take on, and you will play a pivotal role to the Senior Project Manager who will rely on your expertise to test and QA the output and master our CMS' content.Your work in this role plays a crucial role in ensuring our web activities are top-notch, and helps deliver the best experience for our customers globally.Why is this role exciting - right now? - This team takes care of all the B2B websites that aren't our marketplaces - more than 15 websites!- We do plenty of A/B testing and are a methodical, analytical team.- We value ownership and proactivity, and give you the freedom and responsibility to work quite autonomously.- We're in the process of refreshing the website completely, therefore working with lots of teams across the company and world (Devs, Designers, Product Marketers, many more).- We love to get creative around processes and efficiency!How you'll have an impact - your key responsibilities - Execute web strategy that aligns with the company's goal for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell.- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience, and conversion rate.- Support eCommerce initiatives by working closely with senior PM to maximize eCommerce sales.- Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables
