They're present in more than 30 countries worldwide, helping hundreds of hotels improve their online performance.The Mission: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives, playing a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability.The Role: Software Development: Lead and participate in the end-to-end development of high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring, Angular, and Hibernate.Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, debug issues, and provide innovative solutions to meet project goals.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver exceptional software products.Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team's success.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference.Quality Assurance: Implement automated testing and ensure software quality.Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.Troubleshooting: Provide support for production issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.What we expect from you: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Software developer (5 to 10 years XP total), demonstrating the ability to drive successful software projects
