WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Zinia is the new checkout lending platform of the Santander Group, making shopping simple by offering the possibility of splitting payments into interest-free installments in a fast and transparent way. We power merchants across Europe using technology from Openbank and Santander Consumer Finance.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing market within the business areas of lending, co-branded credit cards, and buy-now-pay-later, with solid expansion across different countries and global leading merchants.
Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans.
Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app.
Responsibilities:

Web development with React, working with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proposing ideas for continuous improvement based on your knowledge and experience.
Participating in code reviews and contributing to improve common practices.
Responsible for your own proofs of concept to add value to the product.

What are we looking for in this position?

Years of experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript.
At least + years of experience working on ReactJS frameworks.
Experience with CSS, Sass, or Less preprocessors.
Experience developing reusable and self-contained components.
Ability to troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues.
Experience working in an agile setting: Scrum and Kanban.

Nice to have: Experience with accessibility, TDD, BDD, unit and functional testing (RTL, Jest), software design patterns, hexagonal architecture, and microfrontends.
