We are looking for a Senior Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in their respective region of Spain. To be successful in this role, this person will need to define the strategy of the team and understand where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome. This person will implement best practices and play a central role within the larger fleet organization across the EU and UK. Key functions for the role include: Be the regional lead for health and safety of the fleet. They will ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Safety teams. Be the Single Threaded Leader for product and program launching across the ES regions. The Senior Fleet Operations Manager will launch fleet operations initiatives and fleet-related programs. To be successful in this role, the Senior Fleet Operations Manager is required to be a domain fleet expert, having deep knowledge of the conditions of the local market. The Senior Fleet Operations Manager will support ES country expansion launches by building mechanisms to help manage the fleet. Strategically influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs.
