.About this role:The Senior Director, Sales and Business Operations role is primarily a leadership role with a focus on four main objectives:* Lead Global Technology Sales-RoW (Europe, Emerging Markets, North Asia and Asia Pacific) sales analytics strategy and reporting and support the execution of Global Technology Sales priorities* Effectively coach and develop a team of Sales Business Analysts to proactively communicate accurate and timely analytics, with a focus on supporting growth and retention outcomes across each Global Technology Sales-RoW practice area through globally consistent execution of GTS Priorities.* Partner & collaborate with the existing Global Technology Sales Operations and SBA leadership team to drive innovation, cross-collaboration, and global best practices.* Enable the SBA team to support the assigned region's understanding and adoption of sales tools (Salesforce, PTG Dashboards, and Centralized PowerBI Reporting)What you'll do:* Build a clear understanding of Global Technology Sales leadership and each sales region's SVP/GVP priorities to effectively coach the team in support of business initiatives/requirements. Be involved and be aware of changes to sales leaders' key priorities and business methodologies, so you can adapt and help your team drive execution of those priorities.* Provide proactive business insights to Global Technology Sales leaders by analyzing key performance and leading indicator metrics and supporting execution of regional programs. Communicating key trends in NCVI, Retention & Growth, and leveraging the online tools for analysis to help sales leaders exceed their goals.* Work directly with Global Technology Sales leadership and Sales Operations to provide critical monthly business reporting and innovative ad hoc analysis to drive the business.* Set proper expectations and timelines for the delivery of Global Technology Sales business analytics. Ensure your team consistently delivers on-time, accurate, and executive-ready reporting.* Ensure that the team are sales tools "experts" (Salesforce, PTG Dashboard, PowerBI reporting) to enable high tool adoption and valuable usage with your respective sales leaders.* Work directly with GSSO, Finance, and other key NCVI partners to strategize and develop ongoing report design and process improvements supporting Global Technology Sales business needs.* Drive a process to regularly collect feedback from sales leaders and Sales Business Analysts to continuously improve sales tools and data fitness.* Demonstrate excellent leadership and managerial qualities and values, encouraging teamwork & collaboration.* Motivate and inspire team with a positive mindset and strong commitment to their development.* Attract, develop, and retain great talent on an ongoing basis and build a team culture with a positive, service-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
