Job Details: We are seeking an EMEA-based Sr. Director, Employee Success People Consultants (ESPCs) to join our Global ES People Consultant leadership team. This individual will lead an EMEA-based ESPC team at Salesforce with global partnership and impact. This role and function are critical to the transformation and scale of delivering Employee Success services to leaders and employees around the globe. The Sr. Director will work closely with leaders across ES, including EMEA ESLT and People Services to evolve our service delivery model and to develop consistent and standardized ways of working in support of our EMEA Operating Model. This Sr. Director will lead, develop and coach ESPC leaders as they lead their teams to execute on a wide variety of business relevant HR-related processes, including manager enablement and coaching, conflict resolution, general program delivery and general employee relations. Further, this role will be a critical member of the EMEA ES Leadership team, a partner to the ESBP leadership team and a change leader. This individual will bring expertise in operations and scale and demonstrate these abilities by partnering with COEs and other ES People Services teams to evolve our operating model and service delivery. They will lead discussions on how and where work gets done, services needed in specific locations, etc. The Sr. Director, ES People Consultants will report to the Vice President, People Services Strategy & Global People Consultants, and will be a key member of the EMEA Employee Success' extended leadership team.
Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and grow the regional team of People Consultants and PC Leaders to manage a wide variety of HR processes including: low-risk employee relations, policy guidance, data analysis, compensation, talent programs and engagements, program delivery, and manager coaching and enablement.Represent EMEA People Services as a member of the EMEA ES Leadership Team, build strong partnership across regional team functions, and ensure excellent integration of service delivery between ESBP, People Consultants and People Services.As a key member of the EMEA cross functional leadership team, understand local priorities and nuances to evolve our "glocalization" framework to capture global vs local needs and align with our business and talent strategies.Partner closely with EMEA People Services, Global People Services leadership, EMEA ESLT and EMEA ES COO to refine and evolve the EMEA services operating model, and drive connection across the EMEA organization.Leverage data to prioritize team's work roadmap in the short-term and inform long-term key priorities for the organization, including 'move the work' initiatives.Lead Service Delivery improvement initiatives, and allocate resourcing and investments accordingly to support the on-going evolution of desired operating model.In partnership with People Services LT and ESPCLT, define the best approach to measure team impact consistently and leverage data to improve team performance, employee and leader experience.Manage and motivate the team, provide coaching and guidance to support team building and to ensure a culture of excellence, execution, accountability and strong leadership.Manage and lead change across a variety of senior ES leaders and stakeholder groups with varying and competing needs.Respond to escalations from managers, employees, and other ES teams.Required Skills/Experience: Combination of human resources, employee relations, and/or operations experience, preferably in the HRBP role, working across multiple countries in Europe.Multilingual fluency desired.Understanding of EMEA regional and country specific nuances and regulations.Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and build influence and support.Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to understand needs and align a team and/or organization to support and deliver upon needs.Expert knowledge in HR programs and execution.Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects across multiple teams, including change management related projects.Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams.Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.Experience helping global organizations scale.Demonstrated ability to lead others, give direct feedback, manage a team and coach others.Exceptional collaboration and virtual team building skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally.BS/BA or relevant experience required.12+ years in HR capacity, ideally within HRBP, leadership and/or Shared Services.
