The PPD FSP Solution

Discover Impactful Work
Supports the Business Segment Lead with the growth, development, leadership, and management across the clinical operations team in EMEA for the delivery of FSP projects/programs within cost, time, and quality requirements. Partners with colleagues in the wider Global Clinical Development team, such as FSP leadership and Regional Operational Delivery to build and deliver creative and customized solutions for CRG's clients in supporting their global clinical operations FSP needs.
A Day in the Life
Leads and coordinates cross-functional gathering of information for the project Risk Register (from initiation to closure).
Maintains compliance with all organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project specific requirements.
This role will develop and elevate the leadership skills of the 1st and 2nd level People Manager team (Associate Manager to Director level) within Global Clinical Operations through direct supervision and mentoring.
Implement flexible operational strategy that can be adjusted to fit custom client needs.
Serve in a client leadership role as the EMEA Region Lead, providing oversight for the region.
Develop & implement recruiting, hiring, and resourcing strategy for Clinical Operations FSP.
Support the growth in 2024 across FSP Clinical Operations.
Develops and implements the EMEA specific Clinical Operations FSP strategy to ensure optimum performance and achievement of annual plans and targets.
