This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class organization dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Position Summary Responsible for order entry into company ERP system to ensure all customer and Thermo requirements are met from the time of initial order receipt until the product is delivered and invoiced.Responsibilities Coordinate with Accounting as necessary to assist in account set upVerify product/stock numbers, pricing and product availabilityWork with various departments within ThermoFisher to clarify any discrepancies prior to order entry. This includes working closely with field sales and customer service, as needed, to clarify customer requirementsAssist customer with order placement and key orders into Thermo ERP systemFax order acknowledgements to customersRequirements Must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbalExperience in using an integrated ERP system (SAP)Management of correspondence with various customers, selling partners, and internal personnel within different departmentsCustomer service experience preferredStrong time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding time constraintsHigh English level#J-18808-Ljbffr
