Key areas of responsibility include the marketing roadmap of the markets, the promotional calendar, reporting, performance analyses and ad hoc cross-functional action plans. The role reports into the Go-To-Market & Performance Director Europe, with one direct report. It requires frequent interactions/alignment with peers as well as senior experts across Pricing, Promo, Channels, Media Planning, Site, CRM, Brand, Analytics and Finance.What You Will Do:Define and orchestrate actions across all marketing dimensions for your markets, and leverage insights from experts across the organization to inform go-to-market strategy and planDecide on promotional activities and channel communicationsMeasure, validate and communicate impact of actionsReport on KPIs and articulate performance driversSteer research and analyses, and communicate take-aways and implicationsInfluence roadmaps beyond marketing (website experience, assortment expansion etc.) to accelerate the growth of your marketsMinimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience in marketing within a digital ecosystemNative French speaker with robust knowledge of the French ecommerce and/or print landscapeStrong organizational skillsAnalytical skills with strong business senseAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively across different domains, including with executive leadersUnderstanding of marketing levers and how they work together, in particular paid media, PR, and tradeStrong influential and leadership skills to influence decisions beyond direct scopeAbility to manage a large and diverse set of stakeholders and deal with ambiguityFluent in English, Flemish speaker a plusWhy You'll Love Working Here:There is a lot to love about working at Vista.
