Sr. Country Marketing Manager France and Belgium, Spain RemoteWe are looking for an outstanding marketing leader to drive the performance of our FR and BE markets through all marketing levers. Key areas of responsibility include the marketing roadmap of the markets, the promotional calendar, reporting, performance analyses and ad hoc cross-functional action plans. The role reports into the Go-To-Market & Performance Director Europe, with one direct report. It requires frequent interactions/alignment with peers as well as senior experts across Pricing, Promo, Channels, Media Planning, Site, CRM, Brand, Analytics and Finance.What You Will Do:Define and orchestrate actions across all marketing dimensions for your markets, leveraging insights from experts across the organization to inform go-to-market strategy and plan.Decide on promotional activities and channel communications.Measure, validate and communicate impact of actions.Report on KPIs and articulate performance drivers.Steer research and analyses, and communicate take-aways and implications.Influence roadmaps beyond marketing (website experience, assortment expansion, etc.) to accelerate the growth of your markets.Minimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience in marketing within a digital ecosystem.Native French speaker with robust knowledge of the French ecommerce and/or print landscape.Strong organizational skills.Analytical skills with strong business sense.Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different domains, including with executive leaders.Understanding of marketing levers and how they work together, particularly paid media, PR, and trade.Strong influential and leadership skills to influence decisions beyond direct scope.Ability to manage a large and diverse set of stakeholders and deal with ambiguity.Fluent in English; Flemish speaker a plus.Why You'll Love Working Here:There is a lot to love about working at Vista.
