Sr. Cook

Qualification:· Proven experience as a Senior Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.· Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.· Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.· Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.· Must reside near Brgy. Hugom, San Juan Laiya, Batangas, or be willing to stay in.Responsibilities include:· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and guest specifications.· Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner to maintain guest satisfaction.· Assist in developing and refining menu items, including daily specials.· Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and storage of ingredients.· Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance issues.· Conduct regular checks to ensure that food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.· Assist in supervising and training junior kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen assistants.· Provide guidance on cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and best practices.· Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Opportunities for promotionPaid trainingStaff meals providedSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryYearly bonus
