This role requires an ability to think strategically in a quick-paced, ambiguous setting.
You will be extracting customer and market insights from data analysis to set a strategic direction, build scalable projects by influencing a diverse set of stakeholders, and lead these projects.

Partner with cross-functional teams (category and product management, business intelligence, software engineers, sales, legal, and other international partners) to prioritize, inform and analyze the initiatives.
Track results (developing dashboards where needed) and impact of the projects and communicate to Leadership.
Coach more junior team members supporting in those projects.Business Development: work with direct Selling Partner recruitment teams to help identify strategic accounts and add selection, improve the customer experience for the category.
Liaise with Selling Partners to obtain anecdotes and data to drive a continuously improving experience.About the team:The role is part of the European Marketplace Consumables Team who is responsible for the Marketplace Consumables EU performance.
The team has a Head of Seller Services from five of the biggest European marketplaces, as well as Category Managers and Strategic Account Managers.
We identify opportunities to improve Customer and Seller Experience, build projects to address these, and work across program teams to deliver them.
