If you're passionate about driving change and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Mission and Responsibilities: As a Sr. Business Product Owner, you will:Work tightly with Business sponsors in different geographies and projects to define the products & services development end to end.Interact with multiple stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, etc.) during the ideation and discovery phases to align market practices and regulatory requirements.Work with product managers, designers, and engineers across the organization to assess value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of features and customer solutions.Understand local market practices, perform gap analysis versus existing platform, and create product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases.Be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of project output from a Business perspective.Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by conducting end-user testing.Knowledge & Personal Skills: To be successful in the role you must have:University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design, or digital field.8+ years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in product management or business analysis roles.High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams, and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.Advanced level in English.What do we offer?
