You will have a pivotal role in the Iberia Acceleration Plan, being an outstanding addition to the growing Customer Marketing team.Job Description: The Opportunity: In this role, you will bring our vast data streams together to surface insights that will drive action for Marketing, Sales and the broader Iberia Business.
Furthermore, you will provide meaningful analysis enabling teams to take fast data driven decisions, ensuring high quality execution, and driving business towards a more customer centric mindset.
We look for people that are excited by a challenge, want to be rewarded for performance and who are motivated to make things happen.What Your Impact Will Be: Some of your main responsibilities will be:Drive actionable insights into the Iberia Commercial organization to stimulate sales growth, maximize profit and market share, and mitigate risk.Mine and analyze datasets regarding customer promotional plans, to draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management.Analyze market dynamics and advise Marketing and Sales teams with insights related to pricing, promotional mechanics, media performance, ranging and different consumption models.Create ad hoc reports and analysis supporting ongoing business by finding relevant information that is helpful for building key insights and a strong retail story to win with our brands.Identify consumer & shopper knowledge gaps and find solutions to reduce them through our regional Insights team.Accountable for the customer sales data accuracy.Qualifications: What We're Looking For:5 years of experience in a similar role.
A similar position in an international FMCG firm is considered a plus.University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma).Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Able to analyze data and provide innovative solutions and actions.Results oriented, winning mentality, competitive, strong will to succeed.Dealing with ambiguity & resilience.
Ability to prioritize.Organizational skills, attention to detail & adaptability.Ability to work and communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.Team player.
Ability to work in a matrix organization with cross functional teams
