The Senior BPA Manager focuses on challenging and analyzing the Global RLT platform budget and actuals, on functionally supervising and coaching the RLT finance supports, and on process and tool improvement and training.Robust financial analyses, constant operational improvements, and close alignment with customers are key enablers to be used during monthly reviews (MBRs), LO and Budget preparation. Major tasks are trend and deviation analysis, process definition/ implementation, as well as drive value creation by leading/co-leading special projects.
About the RoleMajor accountabilities: • Preparation and consolidation of the budget for internal cost, CAPEX and headcount.
• Ensure business resources are allocated and used in line with objectives
• Consolidate and report accurate monthly Latest Outlooks (LO), reporting of actuals and associated variance commentaries to TechOps Finance
• Support and own the Long Term and Strategic plan within the RLT functions
• Drive planning cycles with the supported line functions within and TechOps Finance: Budget, LFs, LOs, for internal costs, CAPEX and headcount, and ensure good forecast-ing accuracy
• Define the budgeting/planning process, guiding principles, and drive the agenda for delivering the budget on time, and with high quality. Includes Risks & Opportunities and scenario analysis.
• Through proactive communication and frequent liaison with all customers, ensure that all RLT finance resources are fully aligned on processes, requirements, and policies.
• Increase financial awareness across the RLT teams to drive better understanding and responsibilities of financial processes
• Closely support the charging processes to the various RLT customers (mainly GDD) on all aspects, be it planning, processes, execution, or deviation analyses

Key Requirements: • University Degree or equivalent experience (subject area with numerical and / or analytical content) with post graduate MBA or further professional qualifications preferable
• Excellent analytical skills: able to connect the dots from various source of information and generate financial insights from independent analysis
• Strong communication skills: able to articulate the key findings and recommendations clearly to senior management team
• Displays of high professionalism in an executive fast paced setting
• Displays of high curiosity, with continuous learning / improvement approach
• Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience, including BPA, Strategic Planning and Business Operations
• Proficiency in English (Both written and spoken)
