What You'll Need 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web-based applications using RoR, or the willingness to work with it (experience with JavaScript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, or Python is also highly valued).
Solid knowledge of OOP, clean coding practices, TDD, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Functional Programming and DDD is a plus.
