WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
As a Sr. Analyst Client Management Receivables, your objective will be to lead a team supporting the execution, maintenance, and monitoring of Receivables business.
Experience, technical skills, and personal attributes are required to interact with both internal and external clients as well as full involvement in the daily management of the portfolio.
We need someone like you to help us support the Trade & Working Capital Solutions Middle Office team in processing Receivables programs and preparing end-of-month management information: Leading and motivating a team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve objectives.
Ensuring high-quality customer service by maintaining high standards managing the requirements of the clients.
Collaboration with all the geographies, Risk department, Legal, and Front Office to ensure coordination across the organization.
Ensure correct diligence of the Risk framework for the portfolio managed.
Manage the workload of the team with a focus on the renewals of the deals and insurance policies to maintain the portfolio running.
Coordination of the renewals of the deals presenting profitability calculations to internal committees ensuring the structure of the deal and managing the risk associated.
Active collaboration with business teams to ensure work and structures as per the Risk framework.
Improving efficiency and productivity by reducing our response time and increasing the scalability of the business.
Analysis of the processes that can be automated by studying their viability, sharing them, and presenting them with an implementation plan.
Promoting a culture of excellence and quality by showing a solid attitude of risk control, ensuring that all operational risk events are reported and escalated through the team's escalation channels.
Implement agreed actions ensuring that all risks are managed appropriately, working in line with the recommendations of the audit and compliance teams and with any new regulations that may arise.
Monitoring of the monthly KPIs of Client Management.
EXPERIENCE Minimum of 6 years of experience and 2 in similar positions.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE This role requires a combination of leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the banking industry to drive efficiency and excellence in pre and post-trade activities.
