Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for long-term growth with agency groups.Drive strategic agency group-wide initiatives from inception to delivery by prioritizing, analyzing, designing, and deploying appropriate solutions with a focus on high customer experience, revenue growth, and increased sales productivity.Craft and execute commercial strategy and correlating joint business plans.Own top-down relationships with these agencies with a goal of driving adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.Illuminate new business opportunities across accounts, focusing on a tailored list of high-potential growth advertisers.Lead education and enablement of key agency functions, including the delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization.Influence a team of internal partner managers who support you in driving growth from this agency group and provide sales enablement for our Account Executives.Elevate the culture of innovation and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible hands-on leadership.Create and execute cross-team project plans.Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy, including business reviews.Report on program and project progress and status consistently and transparently.Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions.Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.Develop new senior agency relationships from scratch to build structured and broad plans for agency partner business across e-commerce, entertainment, and ad tech products.A Day in the Life:Overseeing key customer meetings, running group presentations, building commercial agreements and joint business plans, escalating blockers at the agency/account level to agency leadership.
