.Sr Account Executive, Adapt, Amazon Ads DESCRIPTION As a Senior Account Executive, you will use your experience selling TV and digital advertising solutions to C-Level and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale advertising revenues. You will utilise your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the advertising space, consultative approach and deep understanding of the TV and digital advertising landscape. Inclusive of Streaming TV, Live Shows and Programmatic Video, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. Key job responsibilities The Account Executive generates advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions. Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunities and connect it with a value adding solution. Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers as well as new revenue streams. Establishes credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, in particular in the TV and Digital landscape. Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our digital, audio and video products best serves an advertiser's needs. As part of the Adapt Team, this role will be highly agile and fungible, rotating around our Ads teams on specific assignments to help cover individuals who are taking an extended leave-of-absence (parental, sabbatical, medical). By rotating around a variety of sales verticals and teams, individuals on the Adapt team experience rapid learning and development. About the team Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave (parental, medical) and unexpected account transitions. Amazon Adapt deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted. The program ensures that the high bar for customer service, strategic partnership, and revenue attainment is maintained during these coverage gaps. As a member of the Amazon Adapt team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of client businesses. This enables Adapt team members to experience high-velocity exposure to teams across the organization and to clients across different verticals. From day 1, Adapt team members must use their experience to earn trust with multiple stakeholders and take command of a new leadership role within a team.
