OverviewAs a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with responsibility in the leading of new products and deployment in StackIT.STACKIT is the Schwarz Group's cloud and colocation provider. External partners and customers in the DACH region can also rely on the cloud services which have been supporting the digital transformation within the Schwarz Group for years.You will be responsible to lead the engineering team, delivery and technical guidance.You will be working in a completely agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, as well as a high-performance team.You will be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in software development.What You'll DoLead, support, and motivate team members.Show great ability to direct Squad products and people.Participate in the prioritization work across Squad products and people.Communicate effectively and respectfully to all members of the organization.Work in a cross-functional agile team and get involved in the entire development process.Collaborate closely with QAs, designers, and product owners.Generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company.Build high-quality software.Be responsible for the development of the product you will participate in.What You'll NeedProven experience leading teams.Proven knowledge about identity providers.Proven experience using relational databases and NoSQL.Proven experience with testing and QA processes.Clean code and clean architecture knowledge.Proven experience leading teams and managing people.We look forward to receiving your application.
