Location

Madrid, Spain--Head of Consumer Operations--Hamlyn Williams is exclusively working with one of Europe's biggest fintech's, who are executing a global expansion across EMEA APAC & the US.

We are currently looking for a Head of Customer Success / Head of Consumer Operations who will collaborate internationally with the respective teams across Europe, and lead their business units across Spain, Italy, & Portugal.

The person in mind should have a strong experience within customer success, in a consumer-facing business, & should have gained experience with operations and all-around problem-solving.-Role & Responsibilities:

- In this business function there is a hybrid model of both internal andoutsourced agents,

so we are looking for a person with:

- Strong BPO, Vendor Management experience
- Management of performance across key metrics
- KPIs, & SLAs in remote and local contact centres
- Exposure to SQL, Python or Google Suite
- Management of multiple Office locations
- Ability to help develop team members and internal collaborators to drive forward their international collaboration
- B2C focused experience
