Job OverviewAs an AR Specialist, you will be tasked with overseeing billing operations and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances. This generally entails billing for invoiced orders, supporting AR reviews, and reviewing account discrepancies.

ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts receivable transactions: This includes setting up new contracts and managing any contract changes, issuing invoices.Apply payments and reconcile using existing software systems and tie out reported revenue to invoices.Work with existing software to improve processes and assist in maintaining and modifying processes of accounts receivable procedures and controls.Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and provide support for monthly close.Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.Manage outstanding receivables and associated functions, including ageing reports.Handle some AP processes.
