We are looking for a Senior Azure Administrator to attend internal requests and incidents related to information technology (IT), and guarantee the best experience for our employees while ensuring business continuity.
This role will handle 3 areas: Azure management and admin (Intune 45%), Office 365, especially SharePoint (45%), and IT Support when needed (10%).
Job Duties and Responsibilities: L1 Support:Ensure the correct operation of IT equipment.Ensure the resolution of requests and incidents.Ensure compliance with corporate procedures.User management in the different corporate tools. L2 Administration (Azure and Office 365):Conditional Access policy management.Overcoming Microsoft's Azure Assessment.Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.Intune deployment and maintenance.MDM management for Mac, Linux, and Windows.Automation with Azure Automation and Hybrid workers/Azure Sandbox.PowerShell proficiency, including notions of Microsoft Graph REST API.Development of Python/PowerShell Applications with specific Azure/Intune features, targeting third-party teams.Office 365 Management.Management of internal company requests and incidents.Life cycle management of computers, equipment, and peripherals.User management in local and corporate applications.Ensuring compliance with corporate procedures. Experience and Qualifications:Previous experience managing tickets through incident management tools.User administration skills.+4 years of experience as Azure administrator (including InTune), including the configuration of the environment following the internal policies.+4 years of experience as O365 Admin.Solid knowledge in Security policies.Organization and proactivity.Proficiency in Spanish and English at a C1 level or higher is a must.
