To support our continued expansion in Spain and Portugal, we're seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to build long-lasting relationships with event organizers, venues, and ticketing companies. What you can expect from the work As a Senior Partnerships Manager for Iberia, you'll be based in Spain and will: Together with the Iberia Region Lead, contribute to the growth of TicketSwap in the Iberian market, building strong relationships with key partners. Focus on business development, identifying and securing new partnership opportunities while managing existing key accounts. Collaborate with the Iberia Account Manager to onboard new partners, drive adoption of our services, and ensure retention and satisfaction. Serve as the primary contact for partners, adapting our services to their needs, building trust, and identifying growth opportunities. Act as the eyes and ears of TicketSwap in Spain and Portugal, staying ahead of market trends and opportunities. Use your insights and market knowledge to drive innovation and strengthen TicketSwap's industry presence. Work closely with the internal teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to provide feedback and improve our offerings. Manage commercial negotiations to secure new deals and renew existing partnerships. Attend events and conferences to strengthen relationships and enhance partnerships. Travel within Spain, Portugal, and occasionally internationally will be required. About you To thrive in this role, you should bring: Native proficiency in Spanish (Castellano) and strong English skills (written and verbal). Portuguese and co-official languages like Catalan or Basque are a plus. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or Marketing/Brand Partnerships, ideally within a tech, ticketing, or live events environment. A commercial mindset with experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and managing accounts. Experience in complex consultative sales, with a proven track record of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
