We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sports Shop Assistant to join our team.
You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining the organization of the sports shop, and assisting customers in finding the right products.Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide product features and benefits, answer inquiries, and offer recommendationsActively participate in sales efforts by promoting featured products and upselling when appropriateAchieve and exceed sales targetsReceive, check, and organize merchandise deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock checksWarehouse organizationKeep the sports shop clean, organized, and visually appealingEnsure an appealing presentation of products through effective merchandisingImplement and maintain attractive product displaysProcess customer transactions accurately and efficientlyProvide support to Sportsbooking and other sports-related areasStay informed about sports products, trends, and industry developmentsMinimum Requirements: This position requires a passion for sports, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needsPrevious experience in retail sales, preferably in a sports-related environmentFamiliarity with sales processes, enhancing the ability to assist clients in making informed choicesKnowledge of sports equipment and apparelStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive approach and customer-focused attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environmentBasic administrative skills, including point of sale systemsFluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages such as German and/or Scandinavian language is highly valuedExhibit punctuality in all responsibilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
