This is what you'll be doing: You'll monitor the numbers and work with the trading and product teams to implement new ideas. You'll decide which products to promote, consider local betting laws and competition, and keep important numbers in mind to achieve the company's goals. You'll create plans for important projects with the team and support the tech and product team while tracking progress. You'll analyze the competition to find out what they do well or poorly and use these insights for your decisions. You'll work with the BIand core teams to create a strong understanding of performance. You know which numbers matter, and how to measure them. You work remotely from Portugal or Spain, with occasional meetings at the office in either Lisbon or Barcelona. The job is perfect for you if you: Can communicate verbally in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Have at least 3 years of experience in sports betting products and trading, ideally in a leading company. Are well-versed in Spanish and Portuguese sports betting products, preferences, sports, and leagues. Have experience working with senior leaders and key stakeholders. Are proficient in PowerPoint and can distill complex topics into easy-to-understand and engaging content to deliver key messages to senior stakeholders. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have knowledge in Excel and Power BI to consult and analyze dashboards. What you can expect: Top earnings:annual gross salary above 50.000€ (12 monthly salaries + Christmas and vacation bonuses), depending on your relevant experience for this job. Additionally, you receive a meal allowance of 6.83€ per working day (tax-free meal subsidy on your meal card), paid monthly.
