To qualify as an LIA with us, you need: Take an education in HR, finance, management or similar. There is some flexibility to adapt tasks according to the level of the education. Be independent and structured but dare to ask for help when you "get stuck". Brave - dare to come up with new ideas :) Be analytical, curious and relationship-building. Thrives in a digital environment with a lot of contact with various employees will take place via Teams/digitally.
