Speech Language Pathology Position In Boal, California For 2024-2025 School Year

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Our caseloads include students with severe behavioral needs, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including severe behavioral challenges.- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).- Assist with virtual SLP services to ensure comprehensive support for all students.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.Qualifications- For SLPs:- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.- Current California state license in Speech-Language Pathology.- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.Skills and Abilities- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.- Experience with or willingness to learn about severe behavioral needs.- Flexibility to adapt to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, VOCO).- Proficiency in technology for virtual service provision.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume by clicking the 'APPLY NOW' link.Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students in California.
