Job Introduction Specialist Technical Support Engineering IT will be responsible for providing support to our customers. He/she will proactively reduce incidents and improve customer satisfaction with TGW.
You will also be responsible for designing and developing TGW IT product extensions and customizations, as well as customer-specific warehouse management & material flow software modules.
Main Responsibilities Take responsibility for customer issues and manage them through to resolution. Investigate, diagnose, locate, and find solutions to resolve the issues. Availability to be on call during nights, weekends, and holidays (with economic compensation) in rotation shifts. Design and development of TGW IT product extensions and customizations, as well as customer-specific warehouse management & material flow software modules for Changes Request and Bug fixes: Programming/coding and maintenance of functional code. Programming/coding and maintenance of test code. System test and integration test. Training of system users. Generation of system documentation. Willingness to travel to customers as required. About You Strong IT background: 3 years bachelor's degree in IT science or equivalent. Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in SQL and C#. Relational database: ORACLE. Task management tools: Jira and devOps (TFS) from Microsoft. Programming Tools: SQL Developer, Visual Studio, Eclipse, Git. Methodology: Agile (SCRUM). SOLID, OOP. .NET Framework.
