Join our team as As a Specialist Talent Management & Learning (TML), you will participate in the development and execution of the Talent Management & Learning strategy for HARTMANN Group, fostering a conducive learning culture, and ensuring appropriate learning systems and solutions. Responsibilities: Active involvement in development & execution of the TML strategy for HARTMANN Group together with the team and key stakeholder; creating the right learning culture and ensure that we have the right systems/solutions to support this Take the lead to drive and coordinate learning systems in close collaboration with HR stakeholders and key users in the countries Take charge of our learning solutions, such as LMS, LXP, and digital authoring tools, to maintain seamless operations (incl. release updates, administration, etc.). Automize and optimize various learning management & learning experience processes. Assume the responsibility of being a key user at both global and regional levels, providing support, training, and fostering engagement with our learning ecosystem. Promote user adoption and engagement, define relevant KPI's / reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement Interact with IT and other teams to ensure a consistent integration of our learning solutions with current systems. Build and sustain connections with learning solution providers, guaranteeing ongoing enhancement. Evaluation of new applications in the TML environment with the aim to improve the learning experience and efficiency, e.G. AI use in the TML area or Learning Gamification with Apps Ownership for content projects - design and implement state-of-the-art training programs in close collaboration with the business (e.G. Wound Pyramid) and offer continuous assistance to users. Leadership or active involvement in future upcoming Talent Management & Learning projects, e.G. "change perspectives" program to allow to get experience / insights into a different function or updated onboarding approach
