What you'll do Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Impact on the business: Builds effective working relationships with customer technical & procurements teams. Supports the VPC in delivering all financial targets related to the customer account including revenue and margin. Supports execution of the strategic account plan as defined by the VPC. Customer: Key customer liaison responsible for developing strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key decision makers/influencers up to C Level. Support Senior Account Manager and VPC team to effectively support customer requirements. Delivers customer NPS improvements. Support correct execution of the Master Services Agreement to optimise scale via the VPC while flagging any VPC commercial exposure to Senior Account Manager and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as the voice of the customer into the VPC, driving delivery of the customer requirements in the required timescales. Develops and implements solutions that simplify processes and improve revenue. Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. VPC: Ensure the customer's requirements are captured and delivered in all procurement activities. Mobilise the rights professionals within the organisation to resolve customer issues and deliver against the customer requirements in the timescales required. Advocates a customer centric culture across the VPC. Who you are The role is accountable for the effective interaction of specified Partner Market, with VPC teams to ensure the timely and efficient fulfilment of identified list of engagements across: Optimizing the full P2P cycle Commercial contract management BI & reporting structure SCM KPI development and management She/he will ensure regular progress review meetings with customer, Account Manager and VPC stakeholders, and providing regular progress reporting to Account Manager on SCM initiatives. She/he will be a role model in developing effective working relationships locally between specified customers and managers to enable an efficient SCM turnaround time and drive efficient fulfilment that delivers commercial benefits to the customer. She/he will ensure the customer is at the heart of decision-making, and will implement clear fulfilment plans, actions and metric to deliver customer satisfaction.
