Responsibilities Proven experience with Snow Software SAM tool.Experience in handling the SPE platform, with knowledge on Snow tool migrations, optimization, and best practices.Responsible for the management and maintenance of the SAM platform (SNOW) (SLM/Inventory/Connectors).Perform daily health checks on the SAM platform (SNOW) and optimize as per best practices.Implement and manage the SNOW Software License management tool.Support complex matters on SLM and the SNOW platform (Automation).Knowledge and understanding of software licensing rules, global licensing implications, software metering, and methods to optimize utilization.Advise on the best ways to design the infrastructure of licensing methodology to optimize costs.Regularly update and upgrade the SNOW tool.Manage requests from end customers, project managers, and the global procurement team for specific software asset management infrastructure.Become a subject matter expert on the SNOW tool, providing support and knowledge daily to the SAM team.Proactively seek guidance from peers and seniors wherever required.Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices to enhance governance and compliance levels.Own and maintain SAM technical process documentation and take ownership of process improvement initiatives.Desirable Skills 4+ years of IT Software Asset Management and IT Asset Management experience.Proven experience with Snow Software SAM tool.Experience in handling the SPE platform, with knowledge of Snow tool migrations, optimization, and best practices.Experience with Discovery Tools (ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM) – Preferred.Experience in documenting processes, policies, and procedures related to software asset management.Experience interpreting licensing contracts, end-user license agreements, terms, and conditions.SQL Database and basic queries – Preferred.Certifications: Technical SNOW certificates desirable.
