You will hold your own MSK caseload, with approximately 70-80% of the role being clinical, and you will also be expected to lead, train, and supervise others in the team such as band 3-5 physiotherapy staff.You will work as part of an MSK physiotherapy team that collaborates with secondary and primary care, including consultants, GP/FCPS colleagues, and other community stakeholders.
You will be supported and networked within this role with other NHSH Physiotherapy MSK colleagues and MSK professional leaders.
You will be expected to engage in your own CPD and will work on small MSK service improvement projects as part of the agreed MSK NHSH clinical subgroup plan.
Applicants will be expected to travel and provide MSK clinical cover, which may include a range of sites including Inverness, Invergordon, Tain, and Dingwall.You will have experience in the field of MSK Physiotherapy and possess clinical knowledge and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of MSK conditions.A job share or part-time hours will be considered.
