We are expanding globally with offices already in Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Spain.What Will You Do?As a Specialist Indirect Buyer Consultant, you will manage complex assignments related to Indirect Spend, focusing on areas such as tooling, office consumables, and training. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital marketplaces and catalogs for operational workers. Your role will include:Handling Indirect Spend for various categories.Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing solutions.Leading procurement phases and strategy development, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external partners.Driving global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, and process improvements.Optimizing the supplier base by maintaining relationships with preferred suppliers, sourcing new ones, and managing Total Cost of Ownership.Leading the procurement process through to contract signature, supporting the Tactical Purchasing team with Purchase Order creation, and managing contracts.What Are We Looking For?Experience: 3 years in an Indirect Spend or purchasing environment, managing related categories.Skills:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in English (essential), with German as a significant plus.Effective negotiation skills and cross-functional cooperation ability.Advanced problem-solving skills and project management experience.Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.Ability to travel as needed.Personal Attributes:Solutions-oriented with a proactive approach.Ability to manage and optimize supplier relationships.Capacity to work independently and lead negotiations.What Can You Expect?A dynamic and international work environment.Opportunities to work on challenging and impactful projects.The possibility of contract renewal and potential internalization.If you are excited about this opportunity and believe it aligns with your career goals, we look forward to meeting you!If you consider you are a great match to the offer send me a mail to ****** with the subject "Indirect Buyer"
