.As a Specialist Finance Planning and Control, you ´ll ensure the commercial decisions are taken in an efficient way, aligned with Strategic Guidelines, Budget and Commercial targets.Key Accountabilities-Planning- Planning process: coordinate information and results with different areas (Business Unit, Financial Planning, ...)- Ensure commercial inputs received from commercial/operational managers are consistent, ambitious, well balanced and aligned with strategy.- Support business unit in financial related issues.- Identify key opportunities to maximise efficiency of the business decisions.- External reporting to Group following deadlines established.- Financial control- Explain on a weekly/monthly basis the variations in the actuals vs different scenarios (previous year, forecast,...) with an analytical view and adding value to the business.- Assess financial impact of commercial/project propositions.- Proactively address any financial issue that potentially may affect the ongoing business.- Execute and support the month end closing process in Enterprise Business Unit- Produce biweekly P&L estimations and identify any potential risks to achieve Budget targets.- Ensure accurate and timely information to the business.- Point of contact between finance and business to ensure accuracy.- Decision Support- Provide insightful and added value analysis to drive business objectives.- Provide regular & ad-hoc Financial & Business analysis to support the management team.- Support business decisions providing financial management information- Provide actionable recommendations to the business unit Managers.- Advice on opportunities and identify risks that may be associated with business decisions.Who you are3+ years experience in financial planning, control and decision support, preferably on a commercial environmentFluent in EnglishHigh level of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Office suiteExperience on telco industry is a plusSAP knowledge desirable (MM, CO, FI)Solid professional backgroundProven analytical skills in commercial environmentSophisticated planning and forecasting modellingWhat's in it for you?#LI-Hybrid (60% home – 40% office) and flexible hours.You also have 20 additional days of home working per year from anywhere in Spain25 days holiday (and additionally 24th and 31th December), with the option to buy up to 10 extra days.Meal vouchers (in addition to the annual fixed remuneration) and flexible remuneration plan.Free health insurance, life insurance and own medical services.
