What you'll do
Strategy Development: Drive definition of requirements for the newly branded website.
Implement new website contents, manage social media calendar and manage VOIS relationship, aimed at increasing engagement and number of followers.
Marketing Automation: assess marketing automation workflows and campaigns, improve processes working in collaboration with Vodafone Business and VOIS. Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, in alignment with Field marketers and regions. Track and analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on website, campaigns and social media performance metrics and KPIs. Use data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and overall digital strategy.
SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and with key partners.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
8-10 years experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
