Job Summary Our Digital@PM team supports its business partners to market and sell their products through an omni-channel approach involving digital marketing automation, industry-specialized marketplaces and DKSH Discover, a portal for specialty chemicals and ingredients.
In this global role, you will advocate and execute content management tasks in a digital environment.
General Responsibilities Implement and oversee the content strategy for DKSH Discover, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends Lead and manage product content development globally Manage content management tasks daily, ensuring timely and efficient completion Establish and maintain a robust content review process for existing products Conduct detailed analyses of information quality and formatting to achieve content excellence Oversee the uploading of content into the DKSH Discover back-office system, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately represented Publish content marketing articles, supplier pages, and formulations on DKSH Discover Perform benchmarking on digital content marketing trends within the chemical industry to inform and enhance DKSH's content strategies Provide support and cross collaborate on specific digital initiatives to drive performance and innovation Functional Skills and Knowledge Bachelor's degree in digital business, digital marketing, or a related field with prior experience in the chemical industry is a plus Up to 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge in content management systems (CMS) and content management strategies, including SEO, are preferred Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Highly detail-oriented and analytical Ability to work independently and autonomously in a multicultural environment Our Offer Flexible working hours Competitive compensation package, including annual bonus scheme Language lessons Internal training Collaborative and inclusive work environment Career growth and development opportunities Why It's Great to Work at DKSH At DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
